the first R of the RRR plan by FDR is reform which means the action taken to stop the economies downfall.
The reform part of FDR's plan (RRR/ relief, recover & reform) was one of the most successful reforms of the "hundred first days" was the Tennessee Authority (TVA) new deal act, this act was a large public power project in the valley of the Tennessee river. This Act was designed to control floods. An action known as the bank holiday was one of the actions taken that was made to stop the panic caused by the economy the civil works administration was also formed that gave temporary jobs to people that required fixing roads, bridges, and other public things.
