10th amendment

Why did the states demand to have this amendment?

      I think that the reason why the states demanded this amendment because not every state is the same and not every person is the same, if you are grown up and raised differently from others in other states then you have different opinions and different  morals to certain things. The right to bear arms is a controversial amendment and many states disagree on this amendment so some states will fight every step of the way to get this amendment taken away or glorified. So to make it fair each state has a choice so the government cant treat every state the same by giving all of them the same laws and restrictions.

What issues are brought up when talking about the 10th amendment? Explain why they are relevant.

       Medicinal marijuana and healthcare are both mentioned in the video because some states have beliefs that marijuana is good as a medical aid and some states believe that it isn't so therefore to make all of the states as happy as possible without being unfair they have different laws against it. And healthcare is another subject that is mentioned as well and to be completely honest i don't completely understand this subject fully so i don't have much to say about it since like I've said before i don't like  to give opinions about something that i don't know enough about it.
